Meditation · Sound · Contemplative Guidance
Meditation, sound practice, and guided inner work drawn from multiple contemplative traditions. Real depth, grounded language, no fluff. I teach what I practice.
About
I'm a meditation teacher and contemplative practitioner — not a guru, not a monk, not a brand. I work with people who want a real practice without the jargon, the conversion energy, or the "just breathe" basics.
My path has moved through Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, sound meditation, earth-based ceremony, and consciousness practices rooted in intention and awareness. These aren't competing systems — they're different doors into the same room: waking up to what's here and learning to move through life with clarity and intention.
I also build AI products, make music, and produce sound-driven events — including the Harmonic Resonance Chamber ambient series at House of Yes. Practice isn't separate from life — it's the foundation everything else stands on.
I teach what I practice.
I practice what I teach.
Background
"If we can learn to be mindful of the music we listen to, this can unlock other levels: the sensory, feeling the body responding to rhythm and bass; the analogic, when you see corresponding images in your mind's eye; and the analytic, in which you analyze the structure of a piece. But to become mindful, we need to strengthen our self-control — which can be achieved by tapping into ancient Eastern wisdom."Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, Flow
Approach
Most meditation offerings are either too religious, too woo, too clinical, or too basic. This is none of those. Practices from real traditions, taught in language that respects both the source and the student.
You don't need to adopt a worldview. You need tools that work. Everything here is grounded in direct experience.
Buddhist contemplation, sonic practice, earth-based ceremony, consciousness work. Different traditions, one through-line: attention and awareness.
These practices are technologies for working with your mind, your attention, and your relationship to reality. Ancient tools, modern application.

I don't teach from one tradition exclusively. What I offer draws from multiple systems — each offering different lenses for attention, awareness, and presence.
6 years of formal study. Mind training, emptiness, interdependence. The philosophical backbone of the contemplative work.
10+ years with singing bowls, shruti box, gongs, and sustained tones. Sound as a technology for attention and presence.
8 years of practice rooted in ceremony, land-based awareness, and seasonal attunement. Ceremony as container for transformation.
Direct experience practices: self-inquiry, awareness of awareness, and inner observation. No belief required — only attention.
